Welcome to the official website of the International Piano Teachers Guild (IPTG). This organization was created in 2010 in order to provide an accessible and modern association for piano teachers. The purpose of the guild is to secure professional standards for the field of piano teaching and to promote interaction between piano teachers.

In response, IPTG offers certification to skilled teachers. We also offer opportunities for evaluation of students through the medium of friendly competition. Announcement: We are currently seeking professional piano teachers to be on the Board of Advisors. We are in need of teachers with diverse education and performance backgrounds to offer input about our certification process and to serve as competition judges. The positions are honorary (unpaid) and require very little time commitment. If you are interested, please send your resume HERE.
